Return Policy & Order Cancellations

At CG Hunter, we are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is smooth and hassle-free. Please take a moment to review our return and cancellation policies below.

Return Policy

With limited exceptions, returns are (i) refunded as store credit redeemable at CG Hunter and (ii) the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

We understand that choosing the perfect décor for your home or office can be a detailed process, and we want you to feel confident in your decision. If your purchase isn’t the right fit, we are here to assist you in finding what works best. Most items can be returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please note, outbound shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs apply.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized items

  • Bundled items at discounted rates (e.g., "5 for $25" unless the entire bundle is returned)

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Items that have been assembled

  • Open Box items

  • Holiday/Seasonal items

Promotions

Please note that sale prices apply only to purchases made during the active promotion period. Price adjustments, refunds, or credits cannot be issued for orders placed before a sale. We recommend subscribing to our newsletter or following us on social media to stay updated on future promotions.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Original Condition: The product must be in its original, undamaged state.

  • Disassembled: If the item was delivered disassembled, it must be returned disassembled.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging. If the packaging is damaged, please use a box of similar size for the return.

CG Hunter Damage Return Item Policy

CG Hunter accepts returns within 30 days of receipt.  Please contact CG Hunter at info@cghunter.com with the following information to receive a return authorization #:

  • Order Number

  • Product Name(s) and Product Number(s)

  • Photos of Damage or Reason for Return

If requested by our team, returned items must include the return authorization # and can be shipped back to CG Hunter via US Mail or any private, traceable parcel carrier. Damage refunds or credits are limited to the value of the item and any taxes charged. CG Hunter is not responsible for returned items until they are received by CG Hunter. As such, customers should insure/track their returned items. Package insurance is free (up to $100) with UPS and FedEx.

Defective Products or Incorrect Orders

In the event of a mistake with your order or if the product arrives defective/damaged, we will correct the issue at no additional cost. We will provide replacement parts, offer a discount, or issue a refund as necessary. No return shipping charges will apply in these cases.

Order Cancellations

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If a return is required, please refer to our Return Policy for guidance.
